Very very poor qualityActually this coat I purchased for my wife, and she loved the it. The fit was perfect.I ordered an XXlg based on ordering 4inches bigger than your measurement as they suggest. Normally I wear an XLG in coats. I was sent an Xlrg coat that did not come close to fitting. I returned it, the company refunded my duty charges but not my shipping. they communicated and sent my a new jacket that read 3xlg and there were no duty charges on this one. It still did not even meet to do up. I returned and submitted both my shipping receipts to be refunded. The company refunded me for the coat but not shipping. I spent nearly 60 dollars in shipping and I have nothing to show for it. Both packages were opened and inspected by the border, nearly cutting into the jacket. I would not order over the internet due to all the return charges. This is obviously a coat you need to try on for a good fit.consistent sizing is important.Pros: the outer leather is really nice and it’s very affordable for what it is.Cons: the inner fur is a little scratchy and not quite uniform in colour. It’s a firm fabric not a buttery soft Ugg-like shearling, so it’s a tiny bit stiff.I’m 5’3” about 110lbs and the small is a nice oversized fit. All in all, I think it’s worth it.Everything is perfectGreat response to any returns
