This ORORO Women's Fleece Heated Jacket with Battery is a great buy. The heating element warms up quickly and the charge lasts a long time on low. This hasn't been warn this to the point that the battery has run out though. The fabric is nicer than most heated jackets as it isn't just raincoat material. The fit is true to size. The pockets are zippered. This is definitely more of a jacket than a winter coat but, I think you could wear this under something if need be. My biggest complaint is that the heat level/power button is in a really awkward spot. Most heated tops have the button either on the chest on the front or, on the chest on the inside. This one is by the waist for some reason which makes for a bit of a hassle trying to cycle heat levels. Otherwise this is a very nice jacket for early winter, late spring events.
