This is for the Top Gun Aviator jacket worn by 'Charlie' in the original movie. My wife wears a size 6 (US). She's 5'6" and 125 lbs. 36 inch chest. I knew from a previous purchase to go big. I ordered her a size 12 Large and it fits very well. Pay attention to the shoulder sizing on the chart. I usually wear a men's L or XL (46 chest) and I needed a 2XL in a coat for me from the same company, and there's no room to spare. The quality is better than I expected for the price.
