Updated 6/20:I exchanged for an S, and it hung really big on me. It was not as flattering and fun as on the model. Maybe it's just my body type that isn't really meant for this coat. It is so cute conceptually though and clearly really warm and high quality, so definitely give it a try if you think it might work for you! I returned the coat, but I wanted to post a warning here that the returns process has been annoying I returned the coat 2 weeks ago with other items from the same seller that have already been refunded and still have not received my refund. Hopefully this is just a fluke, but given how expensive this coat is, it is frustrating to have that money held hostage.Updated 05/30:I have successfully exchanged this coat for the actual coat. The seller also reached out to try to help, but I had already exchanged with 2 day shipping at that point. I like the coat, but it doesn't hang on me like it does on the model. It seems to hug in some places I wish it wouldn't, like my hips, and the arms are pretty tight if I'm wearing anything thicker than a tee shirt. I wasn't sure what size to get based on the size chart, so I went with XS, but I just ordered an S to see if I like that better and then will send one back. It seems very warm and well made though, and I love how deep the pockets are. The hood stays up well, as well.Original review:I received a different black jacket than the one I ordered. The one I got was shorter than the one pictured, did not have the white reflective strips, and did not have the buttons on the side for venting. However, I can tell from the jacket I did receive that the products from this brand are really high quality! There was an inner series of buttons around the chest for a warmer fit there, the jacket was well sewn, the cuffs on the sleeves seemed nice, and the coat was very warm (although it is summer here, so hard to tell how it would hold up in the winter). I will be reordering this coat again, and hopefully I will get the right one the second time! If/when I do, I will update the review.
